 When your order is shipped, www.diyatrends.my will send you a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number, By tracking number, you can check the detailed delivery status of your order through J&T Courier Services.

 Please provide us with your exact measurements in inches or centimeters. Do not add allowances to your actual measurements. We will make the correct allowances for your comfort.

 Prices offered on the Site are quoted in MYR. Such prices do not include shipping and handling, expedited service, or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price.

 If any of the customers did not response/confirm stitching/ shipping address after 1 month of the order In-process date then the order will be treated as cancelled and order amount can’t be refunded after certain time period (60 day’s).

 SDA service (Secured area delivery).This service pertains to residential deliveries at U.S.A, wherein the shipments are eligible for delivery at a secured area at customer’s residence, without the receiver’s signature, as the standard service.

 In the event of delivery at a secured area without the receiver’s signature, no Proof of Delivery would be provided to you by courier company.

 In view of the above, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to honour your claim.
